    NEW VENTURES

1. HT Minerals

     HT minerals has a valid mining lease for manganese ore in Raman Malai(RM) Block, in Ramgad village of Sandur taluk, Bellary district, Karnataka, for an extent of 395 Acres 159.85 hectares bearing M.L.no.1746. The renewal and execution of the mining lease is in process.

     Iron ore occurring in this mine is in the form of reef. The HT mines is equipped with new generation mining equipment’s in the form of excavators, crushing and screening plants. Lumps and fines produced here range between 64-67 % Fe.

     We are planting benefication plants in order to utilize the lower grade of ores, which will help us prolong the life of the mine and enhance mineral resources.

2. Kariganur Iron & Steel Pvt.Ltd.

     Our Group has a grant for mining lease in S.M. Block, in the Kumaraswamy range of Sandur taluk, Bellary district, Karnataka for an extent of 149.57 hectares. We have obtained a vide letter dated June 18, 2008 from the Ministry of mines, Government of Karnataka. The execution of the mining lease is under process.
