Quality Control Measures:

       The sequence of mining operations in the hard ore body zone involves drilling blasting is broken down to the required size by the rock breakers and few of the boulders are separately loaded manually to the tippers and fed to the d=crushers and screening plant for sizing and sorting it to the required size.  The iron ore is directly loaded either by a loader or hydraulic excavators and transported to the crushing and screening plant, where the crushing and screening will be done as per buyers demand.  Systematic samplings are taken at regular intervals and sent to NABL certified labs for ascertaining the exact quality of ore.  High grade ore is blended with low grade and sub grade ores in appropriate quantities so as to prepare it as per buyers demand: there by low grade and sub grade minerals are also conserved and marketed.
